First of all great to see Mike back after a long spell out. He warned both captains before the game that he wouldn't be doing much running....so I picked him and played him centre mid, welcome back.

Eighteen players turned up to play, the game was set to be a tight affair. Neil needed a four goal lead to qualify for the captains cup. To give him a chance I went in goal for the first 10 minutes. I caught one (a rarity), flapped at one but still managed to keep them out. Mainly thanks to the help of Harvey, who would call for the ball on my behalf to let me know what I was meant to be doing. 

Yellows got the first goal, Sylvain played the ball across to Dave who slotted it in, 1-0.

The Whites equalised soon after. Ben shuffled his way round our defence to the byline and played the ball across to Andy Eyres, who with a little help from Brian, fired a shot into the net. 

Final score 1-1.

Man of the Match - Harvey, kept us organised and took charge in telling the team where we should be on the pitch, even at the risk of losing his own voice “RICHIE!!!!”.
