For the penultimate game of the season, we had odd numbers turn up. Good news for me, as I had the luxury of first pick and extra man for this one.

Our first goal came after a cross from Ross which I caught perfectly on my shin to put us one in front. Ross set up our second goal too, cutting the ball back along the turf for Neil to thunder in first time.

Despite the Whites hardly denting our defence they did manage to squeeze a goal in. After taking a corner, the ball ended up being juggled around our box, only for Chris to react first and slot the ball into the bottom corner.

Game finished 2-1.

M.O.M - Two outstanding performances for the whites. Mac didn’t put a foot wrong and set up chance after chance for the whites to throw away each time, we could have been 3 - 4 up. Man of the match I’ll give to Neil. Solid at the back again, kept us organised and capped it off by scoring the winner.
