After the first round match which resulted in a 0-0 thriller, I was dreading playing Woody again. Not many could be bothered turning up so unfortunately for us it was the only game on. He had first pick last time so when he won the toss I was expecting a sporting gesture of letting me pick first. Fat chance.

Yellows got off to a great start when Andy Smith coolly slotted the ball past Ken within the first 5 minutes. Some brilliant defending from Yellows and we weathered the pressure before Chris made it 2, finishing off a fantastic passing streak from the Yellow team. I started off in goal and after about 15 minutes swapped out with the excellent Phil, before proceeding to give the ball away and leave my team out of position several times. Despite this Whites were still unable to capitalise, and eventually Brian put them out of their misery with a stunning long range shot.

The game finished 3-0 but it could easily have been more! MoM is a tough choice this week as the whole Yellow team were excellent, but I'm going to have to go for Chris who was harrying and chasing the ball like a randy jack russell all night.

Sorry can't remember who the assists were, but surely Andy S and Mac had to be involved!
