Not going to be a lengthy match report, but here goes...

First game back since lockdown that’s had a really good turnout, 9 v 9. This included three guests; Bren, Peter and Paul. 

With no eligible cup game to play, Chris and I were chosen as captains for the night. I would say that both sides showed promise however I don’t want to lie so I’ll say that my team absolutely bossed it. Some highlights of the game, Bren with a fantastic save on to the post, a sublime (if I don’t say so myself) outside of the foot assist from me from a left-back position and two great finishes from Jonny. 

My Whites team were solid and played so good that even the newbie Bren described the play as “just like Brazil”. Except you Gary, you were shite. 

Man of the match is a difficult one, on the way home Gary did suggest me however I can’t do that so, I’ll give it to Nick, who had a great game on the wing and threw in some great challenges. But well done all. For a friendly, it was very enjoyable.
