The only thing I can say about this result is we were massively out numbered, nothing to do with our performance so thanks for that lads.

Mike gave me the opportunity, first pick or have more players, I opted for first pick which was my downfall.

Fairly even game to start off with we opted for 1-2-1 formation like a diamond we passed the ball quite sharply they had a few shots but nothing that was on target as I remember. 

Then it happened, Blake fell over an invisible brick and tore his hamstring, we were un-done. Blake soldiered on an went in goal, Andy said they would sit down for 5mins to give us a chance but they didn't ..5 mins later they scored 2.. we decided new tactics!!... 

We went with the old favourite route one, Tom smashing the ball from kick off as we all charged forward hoping for some kind of rebound .. they scored again ... 0-3

Finally we got a corner, I went short an miraculously it hit Mark on the back of his head and he scored us a worldy from 2 yards ... 1-3 OG

Another 5 minutes of silky moves from us and Gary smashed a low thunder bolt Mike had no chance 2-3..doesn't matter if it was just meant to be a cross, a goals a goal in my book! .. get in I thought come on lads !! 

Unfortunately for us Neil was playing a blinder he was frequently in our half crossing the ball in for Gary, Andy and Nathan who where lining up taking turns shots on our one legged goalie. 

Inevitably they scored a few more, we had no choice to deploy the headless chicken tactic every man for themselves get the ball. It worked!! Tom gave us some hope smashing it back of the net!!...but it didn't last long until we were over run at the back again. 

Fair result, but an unfair advantage with having two men down, although my team passed well, created plenty of chances showed some steel and gave the whites a game.
