The end of the season is almost upon us but the sleepless nights thinking about which players to pick continue. Again Bren had first pick. He chose to focus on defence with a route one ball up to the incuntsistant Richie. As it was 6 aside I chose the players that I thought could run the most. Only time would tell which strategy would come out on top.

The yellows started off confidently playing the ball around the pitch. However, the white were able to cause a few scares early on. The quick passing from the yellows paid off with 2 goals in quick succession. (No idea who scored sorry)

At that point the yellows seemed to lose focus. A quick pass and move from Jay and Richie brought the whites back into the game. The goal seemed to turn all of the yellows on as they started to pile on the pressure again. Two more quick goals brought the game to 4-1. 

A route one pass to Richie and a swerving toe poke brought the game to 4-2. A couple of great saves from Bren including a double save to stop Jonny getting a hat-trick gave the whites some hope of getting back into the game. Fortunately the yellows where able to hold on. Final score 4-2.

1. Paul Stewart - you're an absolute beauty for dropping out last minute. I owe you one!
2. The sniper - after 69 missed shots you finally took Jay out in the last minute of the game as well as the unfortunate player on the neighboring pitch.
