For the majority of you who won't know Terry he is my uncle and played as a guest for the night!

Graney beat me 3-0 in the first leg so the pressure was on for me to win by 3 goals to earn myself a draw.

Whites started the game well, with Ali, Terry and myself all linking up well. I flicked the ball into Ali's path who slotted past Dave in the yellow's goal.
The rest of the game was a bit of a blur- a rookie error as this is my first match report, i wont leave it untill the last minute next time!

Ali crossed in for me to score after previously missing two easy chances to pull away and steal a bigger lead. Yellows pinched a couple of goals through Noel and two others (apologies I can't remember who else scored). I assisted Ali again as he scored a carbon copy of his second goal- sliding the ball across Dave and into the bottom right of the net. After this whites scored again but i'm unsure who scored it. Terry grabbed a good volley in the dying minutes of the game which i think took a deflection off Laurie and ended up in the back of the net.

Also i thought that Geoff and alan both had good games and were solid together at the back.

All in all i think whites were the better team for large parts of the game and we should have won it by two more goals if it wasn't for my dreadful shooting! Terry is my dad's brother in-law so maybe if i had more of my mums side's genes i would have taken my chances rather than being stuck with my dad's genes, (not much of a goal scorer is he) .even though I had won by two goals it wasn't enough for me to progress any further in the captains cup due to Daves previous win over me! good luck dave!
