With evenly matched teams, Harvey and I faced off despite Blake's balls up with not bringing the bag. As usual it was all Richies fault though as he should've taken the bag home last week. Blake redeemed himself by finding some gloves for me and Harv though so all was fine. 

I had choice and went with the extra man which inevitably was the difference - the game was competitive throughout despite what the score line suggests. 

There was some excellent football from both sides - Jamie and Gary scoring excellent long range efforts for the whites, as well as a couple of tap-ins each from some free flowing football. Tom set up Dave with a lovely drag back that sat the self proclaimed best non-keeper at the club on his arse, for the yellows to keep the game alive. Tom also bagged himself (also against Jamie!) with a shot from distance. 

Before the game was put to bed there was an obvious straight red that the officials missed when Nick E assaulted Big Paul, who reacted angrily until Nick shit himself and apologised immediately. All was fine over a pint in the pub afterwards though. 

The 'new Ritchie' was influential throughout gathering a couple of goals and assists. I'm taking credit by not assigning him a position as he never fking sticks to one anyway!

MOM could've gone to many but I'm going with Jay for not only working his arse off but being robbed of it last week after a 4 goal & 2 assist master class… because Bri failed to submit his match report!
