Only my second game back after Tom tried to pull my arm off and it was Me v Richie. I had choice and decided to go for the extra man.

The score tells a story that it was a one-sided game, and it could have been a lot worse. This is the biggest win in my Plus 30 career so far and one that will be talked about in the Moses household for years to come.

It finished 13-3 to the whites, Jamie H and Gary P both getting hat tricks with Dave O getting 4. Paul got his weekly handball in plus scored a header, and Bren also chucked one into his own net again. Not much of a match report but don't want to rub it in too much. The banter in the changies was typical Plus 30's. Paul proudly advising he was going home to shag the missus with Richie piping in "have you seen Pat". Great turn out in the pub, too.
