It may have been one of the last games of the season but Jamie finally found his shooting boots and was on top form. Gary managed the game well and kept the ship steady with some bursts forward and supporting the rock solid Ed at the back. Dave was back to his best bagging goals from all over, the most memorable from a shot of my own going in off his hoop, a real contender for goal of the season. Special mention to Bren for some big saves and keeping our lead intact when Nick's team put pressure on our defence.

When Nick questioned how much I had paid his team to throw the game was when I knew the game was done.
