I have to say I feel sorry for my outfield players. We should have got at least a point out of this game and at one stage we were 3-1 up and could have won if hadn't been for my crap goalkeeping. I knew I should have picked Ken.

The whites went one up when Gary broke through the middle and placed the ball just to the left of me. Although it was only inches away, my brain didn't seem to send any message to my arm to move to it.

Nick E equalised with a speculative shot that Mac claimed touched one of the hairs on his head (what hairs ?). He very magnanimously agreed the goal should be awarded to Nick.

The yellows pushed forward and an error by Ken, ok an own goal by Ken, gave us the lead. Shortly after this some great work between Andrew and Ali saw Ali fire a cross over to Mac to slot the ball in from close range. That gave us what should have been an unassailable lead.

The whites responded quickly with Dave scoring two good goals at the near post (again dubious goalkeeping) before Gary scored from close range after a cross from the left. That was the last of the action.
