After the first leg between Bri and myself finishing 1-1, it was all to play for in the second game. I opted to go for a good mix of experience and youth hoping for the best. the game started fairly evenly, with the whites perhaps enjoying early possession. The first and only goal of the match came after around ten minutes with Ali breaking down the right for whites, cutting inside and blasting the ball towards goal from very close range. im sure he'd already started celebrating his 16th goal of the season when he realised i'd managed to get down and block his effort. Unfortunately for the yellows, the ball fell to Mac who happened to be in just the right place to coolly slot home, 1-0 Brian.

throughout the rest of the game yellows defended well and pressed the whites, with big Geoff leading the attack. sadly it wasnt to be for my team as we couldnt seem to find a way through to goal. the game finished 1-0 to whites, so well done and good luck Bri.
