AGM 2025 Minutes

Finance
- Bank balance is healthy
- Pitch costs have increased
- Kit bag will soon need replacing
- Membership cost to be determined by AE and BS. Members will be notified in the coming week.
- Membership payments due by 30th September. Members who have not paid by this date will be unable to play beyond this deadline.
- Payment details will be posted in the WhatsApp group.
Social Events
- Brian Moses and Brendan Crilley volunteer to form the social committee and organise the presentation night in October.
Rule Changes
- Guests who are considering joining will be permitted to play in league matches until the end of September. Therefore the membership window will be extended until the end of September.
- The minimum player limit of 12 for a league match will be reinstated. This could be dropped to 10 if numbers are continuously low, but hopefully this can be avoided.
- The decision on whether a league match will be cancelled due to insufficient player numbers will be made by 12:00pm each Wednesday.
- If a league match is cancelled due to low numbers, members are encouraged to invite guests to play.
- League points will not apply in these circumstances
- Captains & Duffers cup games can be played

Ordering kit
- Members can follow the instructions on this page (https://www.plus30.org.uk/News-Article/4) for ordering a new kit.
- Ordering a size up is recommended.
- The widely shared opinion is that short sleeves are the better fit.
Other notes
- All members are encouraged to check-in by the end of each Monday.
- League fixtures will be drawn in the pub within the next few weeks.
- Football pump and gauge will be moved to the ball bag. Captain's who are bringing the balls should pump the balls up before arrival.
- Squad numbers will be assigned to new members in the week ahead.
- Reminder that bladed boots are not permitted.
- Reminder that players must be in the changing room by 7:50pm. The door will be closed at this time.
- Reminder that players should add their own name onto the picking board.
